We kindly ask for orders to be placed in advance, by 5pm each Wednesday for collection on Friday or Saturday, or home delivery on Friday.

Each person can choose their desired combination from the menu.

How do I place my order?

When do I need to place my order by?

Orders placed for collection, must be placed in advance, by 5pm each Wednesday for collection on Friday or Saturday.

Orders placed for delivery, must be placed in advance, by 5pm each Wednesday for delivery by 12pm on Friday.

How does your collection service work?

When placing your order with the team, you can choose to have your order delivered or arrange to collect it yourself.

Collection of our At Home meals can be made from the Chicken Shed on our rear Terrace between 5pm – 8pm on Friday or 10am – 12pm on Saturday.

How does your delivery service work?

We offer a delivery service to addresses throughout mainland UK for £15 per box.

Orders will be delivered by DPD before 12pm on Friday.

You will receive the tracking details for your delivery with the confirmation of your order. If you are able to provide a mobile number, you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery with an hour time slot.

What packaging do you use?

Our food is packaged in eco-friendly vacuum packs made from natural products.

For the outer packaging we use 100% recycled cardboard boxes, please recycle again.

Inside your box you will discover Wool Cool, if you separate the wool fleece from the plastic bags, the wool can be recycled with textiles, composted or reused in the garden in hanging baskets, protecting plants from frost and keeping slugs at bay. The plastic can be recycled with carrier bags and films at your nearest facilities.

Our chilled gel packs are non-toxic packs which aren’t currently recycled but can be reused. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics and first aid.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Due to the nature of the At Home collection, unfortunately we are unable to cater for any allergies or intolerances.
