Main responsibilities

  • To manage all private dining and events from start to finish, including hosting of events
  • To act as main point of contact for all enquiries
  • To be business focused and maximise revenue by providing an all-encompassing pre-event booking service.
  • To liaise with the General Manager and Head Chef regarding event requirements
  • Maintain all administration on relevant back of house systems
  • To provide SOPs for room set-ups to be applied by the Operations team
  • To deliver and champion The Wild Rabbit standards
  • To have a keen eye for detail, in every aspect of the business, at all times
  • To actively drive room hire, room rate and F & B spend, by identifying all opportunities for up-selling & cross-selling

  • Maintaining all laundry equipment and inform the Head Housekeeper of any maintenance needs
