The Cheltenham Festival is one of the most important dates in the racing calendar and a highlight of the National Hunt season at The Wild Rabbit.
On Monday 7th March we are delighted to once again host our annual preview dinner, a very special evening with well-known faces from the local world of racing.
Guests will be seated in our dining room at 7.30pm, with each table hosted by trainers, jockeys, breeders and owners to discuss the hotly anticipated week ahead and racing tips. Our experts include trainer and Telegraph racing columnist Charlie Brooks, trainers JonJo O’Neill, Tom Lacey, Charlie Longsdon, Ben Pauling, Kim Bailey, Martin Keighley, Fergal O’Brien and Graeme McPherson, and former jockey Colin Brown.
Our Executive Chef Sam Bowser has carefully curated a seasonal menu for guests to enjoy during the evening’s festivities.
The Wild Rabbit sourdough,
Daylesford Organic butter
Gin cured salmon
pickled mooli, compressed apple, dill
Veal Osso Bucco, gremolata, cime de rapa
rosemary creamed polenta
Forced Yorkshire rhubarb, blood orange
yoghurt mousse
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the build up to the week ahead alongside delicious food and a celebratory evening.
The evening costs £75 per head plus drinks and we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. Should you have any dietary requirements, please make the team aware at the time of booking.
