Explore the Daylesford Organic Garden, a beautiful space curated by Carole Bamford dedicated to outdoor living and organic growing.⁠ Learn first-hand about the produce from our market garden that Head Chef Nathan uses in our kitchen at The Wild Rabbit, with the Daylesford team on hand to offer advice about how to sustainably grow garden plants, heritage fruit and vegetables.⁠

On the top mezzanine you will find a space dedicated to living, inspired by the interiors of The Wild Rabbit. Filled with antiques, artisan furniture and rare finds collected on our travels. ⁠Discover the farm.

Floristry & Gardening Workshops

The Garden workshop is home to a variety of floristry and gardening classes curated and led by Daylesford’s expert tutors, over the course of each class, guests will learn about seasonal blooms and growing produce sustainably. During the warmer months join a tour of the market garden and learn where much of our produce comes from. Speak to the team to discover more.

Organic Café

You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch, tea or supper in the café and restaurant, with menus prepared using organic ingredients from the farmland, or a delicious botanical cocktail infused with fruits and herbs from the market garden.
