Alex will be joining our team at The Wild Rabbit to create an early springtime menu celebrating the many flavours and textures wonderfully unique to the British Isles.
This supper club has given Alex the opportunity to hand-select seasonal, heritage variety ingredients grown and reared at Daylesford Organic farm, when curating his signature dishes including “Chicken Pie”.
Joining The Wild Rabbit team in the kitchen, Alex will bring his innovative style to the dining room, using classical French references to create modern dishes with cutting-edge culinary techniques.
Alex is an award-winning chef. His namesake restaurant, in five-star Hotel Café Royal in London, broke records by achieving two Michelin stars just six months after opening in 2023. The evening will begin with seasonal Bellini’s and canapés in our bar before you head to the dining room. Each of the courses will be introduced by Alex and The Wild Rabbit team, sharing insights throughout the evening.
The evening costs £195 per person. We recommend booking well in advance as our supper clubs get booked up fast. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event and limited kitchen space, we’re unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies, including pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan menus.
