The Wild Rabbit is delighted to team up with the Antinori family for a very special dinner on Monday 17th February.

For more than six centuries the Antinori family has been committed to the art of winemaking, experimenting with both traditional and innovative philosophies to create a heritage and world-renowned winery.

Infusing tradition, passion and intuition through 26 generations of winemaking, the Antinori’s bring with them an incredible selection of their finest wines to our carefully curated supper club.

Head Chef, Nathan Eades has created a celebratory seasonal menu that perfectly complements the characteristics of the Antinori wines.

The evening begins in the bar with a sparkling glass of Blanc de Blancs Franciacorta accompanied by canapés, before guests are guided through to the Chicken Shed, our private dining room.

Throughout the evening guests will experience a fantastic opportunity to discover the many different flavours from one of the worlds most revered winemakers, with our Sommelier Norbert Budai on hand to guide guests through the tasting journey.
