Chef Sonya uses seasonal ingredients picked fresh each morning from the market garden at Daylesford Farm and organic, grass-fed beef, lamb, venison, game and free-range chicken from the Wootton Estate alongside produce from the many artisan producers that the Cotswolds has to offer.

Please see our sample menus for lunch and dinner. We ask guests to select one starter, one main course and one dessert for the whole group, plus advise on dietary alternatives.
