Accessibility for Disabled Patrons
Before you arrive
We always encourage telephone enquiries so that we can discuss your requirements before you arrive. Our staff are trained and ready to assist anyone with mobility problems or in a wheelchair.
We have a number of designated disabled parking spaces at the rear of the hotel. There is a shallow ramp which leads to our main dining room. Our well trained staff are available to help at all times.
Our restaurant is located on the ground floor. Full waiter service is provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs. The restaurant is open daily from Wednesday – Sunday inclusive for lunch and dinner.
Our menu is printed and can be verbally presented or provided in larger print if required.
There is ample moveable seating and if needed we have chairs without arms. The restaurant area is well-lit, with lots of natural daylight during daytime hours.
We have two ground floor bedrooms that are suitable for use by persons with reduced mobility, The Hare and The Mole, but please be aware they have full size baths with an over head shower.
The Wild Rabbit has an accessible cloakroom next to the dining room, fitted with handrails for customers requiring wheel chair access or those with reduced mobility.
