Our wellness stay includes the latest treatment at the award-winning Bamford Spa, designed to revitalise both mind and body, with each adult guest experiencing the B Silent Treatment.

Chronic stress is one of the leading causes of depleted serotonin and can affect our ability to sleep well. This full-body 90-minute treatment is devoted to relaxing and preparing your body for sound, restful sleep.

After your treatment, relax in The Spring wet spa, immersing yourself in the tranquil space, and the healing powers of its water elements in three ways: hydro pool, steam room and sauna.

Your stay also includes brunch in the Orchard Bar, Bamford’s Wellness café, with a seasonal menu using organic ingredients from Daylesford farm.

Retreat to our cottages, providing a sanctuary and the perfect base for a restorative break amid the peaceful surrounds of our Cotswolds farm and village.
