What is your standard check in times?
Room Check-In: between 3pm and 10pm

Cottage Check-in: from 4pm

Early check-in is not available due to The Wild Rabbit ensuring it has sufficient time to ensure the Accommodation is ready for your arrival.

If you expect to arrive considerably late in the evening then please let the Accommodation team know in advance so The Wild Rabbit know when to expect you.

What is your normal check out time? Can this be extended?

Late check-out may be possible but by prior arrangement with The Wild Rabbit only at its discretion and which will be subject to an additional fee of £100 per additional hour.

When do I pay for my booking?
All rooms without exception are paid for in full at time of booking.

What types of credit card do you accept as payment?
Payment may be made by any of the following card payments: Visa, MasterCard or Amex.

We do not accept Diners International.

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you cancel a Booking, a cancellation charge may be payable.  Full details are set out in our Conditions of Booking.

Cancellations or alterations should be communicated to The Wild Rabbit team directly on 01608 658389 or theteam@thewildrabbit.co.uk and The Wild Rabbit will do our best to accommodate your requirements subject to the cancellation charges mentioned.

Accessibility for disabled patrons

Before you arrive
We always encourage telephone enquiries so that we can discuss your requirements before you arrive. Our staff are trained and ready to assist anyone with mobility problems or in a wheelchair.

Car parking
We have a number of designated parking spaces at the rear of The Wild Rabbit. There is a shallow ramp which leads to our main restaurant. Our well trained staff are available to help.

Restaurant
Our restaurant is located on the ground floor. Full waiter service is provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs. The restaurant is open daily from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive for lunch and dinner.
Our menu is printed and can be verbally presented or provided in larger print if required.
There is ample moveable seating and if needed we have chairs without arms. The restaurant area is well-lit, with lots of natural daylight during daylight hours.

Bedrooms
We have two ground floor bedrooms that are suitable for use by patrons with reduced mobility. The Hare and The Mole, but please be aware they have full size baths with an over head shower.

Cloakrooms
The Wild Rabbit has an accessible cloakroom next to the dining room with handrails for customers requiring wheel chair access or those with reduced mobility.

Is Housekeeping included in my Cottage stay?

Our Kingham Village, Daylesford Village and Daylesford Farm cottages are self-accommodation and self-service. If you would like to add a housekeeping service during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please note this does not include a laundry service. If you would like to include a housekeeping service please ask the team here.

Does the Wild Rabbit have car parking facilities?

On site car parking is on a first come first served basis. Additional car parking spaces can also be found in the village. Please be mindful not to block the bus stops and access to the village store.

Is The Wild Rabbit easily accessible by train?

The village of Kingham sits on the main Hereford to London Paddington line, with a regular train service.

A taxi service to and from the station can be easily arranged, please contact The Wild Rabbit Reception team directly on 01608 658389 to arrange this.

Do you accommodate for children?

Our family room is the Hedgehog room which can accommodate two adults and up to two children from 0-12 years old. The layout includes one super king bed and a single four poster bed with a pull out divan.

The Beehive is a small, one up, one down cottage. Upstairs there is a super king double bed with ensuite bathroom, featuring separate bath and walk in shower. Downstairs there is a single sofa bed, a small court yard and private parking.

In each of The Boar, The Rabbit, The Fox, The Deer, The Squirrel, The Badger and The Hedgehog a cot with linen (suitable for 0-2 years) can be provided at an additional cost of £15 per stay. Are children allowed in the restaurant? Do you offer a children’s menu?

We welcome well behaved children of any age when accompanied by an adult in the restaurant and bar during lunchtime and dinner service. We offer a children’s menu.

Is there wireless internet available?

Wireless internet is available throughout The Wild Rabbit free of charge.

Can I smoke in my room/cottage or around the grounds of the Wild Rabbit?

We have two open courtyards located in the front and rear of the Inn for those who wish to smoke tobacco. All internal areas of The Wild Rabbit are non-smoking.

Can I bring my dog(s)?

We welcome dogs in the following dog friendly garden rooms and cottages: Mole, Hare, Otter, Owl, Beehive and Robin Cottage, Lark Cottage, Dove Cottage, Hatchling Cottage, Nestling Cottage, Bantam Cottage, Orpington Cottage, Old House, Fowler’s House, Daylesford Village cottages and our Daylesford Farm Cottages. If you are bringing two dogs we suggest you book our standard room Mole and Robin Cottage, Lark Cottage and Dove Cottage, Fowler’s House and Old House or our Daylesford Farm Cottages.

We charge £15 per dog per night which is payable upon check-in.

Dog beds are provided on request and are free of charge.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Wild Rabbit on our front and back terrace, as well as the bar area. Dogs are not allowed in the main dining room save for assistance dogs.

Dogs are welcome in the Legbar café and in both our Old Spot and Legbar outdoor courtyards at Daylesford Farm.

We ask all owners to behave responsibly and clean up after their dog.

Is breakfast included?

All rates for all accommodation, except for our Kingham Village, Daylesford Village and Daylesford Farm cottages, includes VAT and breakfast, which comprises of tea or coffee, fresh juice, toast, pastries and conserves, preserved fruit, porridge and cheese. A cooked breakfast will also be offered.

Breakfast is served in the dining room, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 10am, Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 10.30am.

All our cottages are self-catered, which means there is no meal plan included in the rate.
