What are your standard check in times?
Room Check-In: between 3pm and 10pm
Cottage Check-in: between 4pm and 10pm
Early check-in is not available due to The Wild Rabbit ensuring it has sufficient time to ensure the Accommodation is ready for your arrival.
If you expect to arrive considerably late in the evening then please let the Accommodation team know in advance so The Wild Rabbit know when to expect you.
What are your normal check out times? Can these be extended?
Room Departure: by 11am on the final morning of your stay
Cottage Departure: by 11am on the final morning of your stay
Late check-out may be possible but by prior arrangement with The Wild Rabbit only at its discretion and which will be subject to an additional fee of £100 per additional hour.
Can I make multiple bookings online?
Please note multiple bookings may only be made on the same transaction if the arrival and departure dates are the same.
Do you have a minimum night stay policy?
Please note our cottages can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights on weekdays and both our rooms and cottages can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays).
When do I pay for my booking?
All rooms and cottages without exception are paid for in full at time of booking.
What types of credit card do you accept as payment?
Payment may be made by any of the following card payments: Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
We do not accept Diners International.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you cancel a Booking, a cancellation charge may be payable. Full details are set out in our Conditions of Booking.
