The Wild Rabbit Wine Dinner
Join us for an evening hosted by acclaimed winemaker Caroline Frey of Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné, in our private dining room.

Thursday 24th September, 6:45 pm

Using produce from Daylesford’s market garden, Executive Chef Callum Graham has created a four-course menu, paired with wines from the Jaboulet cellars. While Sommelier Yordan will be joined by Caroline Talec to introduce the wines and share stories of the vineyards.

An evening of seasonal cooking, exceptional wines and good conversation around the table.
