Whilst The Wild Rabbit closes its doors for its annual spring refresh from 5th January to 9th February, our team are hopping over to The Bell to take up residency in The Barn.
Our award-winning restaurant celebrates seasonal British ingredients with a sophisticated menu that evolves with the changing produce from Daylesford’s organic market garden.
At the bar, light snacks are served alongside our extensive wine list, local beers and ciders. When the sun shines, step out onto the terrace for our signature seasonal cocktails.
Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, The Chicken Shed is a light and spacious private dining room – a self-contained building that is perfectly suited for private dinners, weddings and parties.
Combining pared back style with honest creature comforts: excellent mattresses, luxurious bathrooms and fine linen sheets, each room has been individually designed.
