Across two nurturing days, you’ll settle into one of our cottages and follow a curated sequence of rituals to calm the nervous system and support deeper, more restorative sleep.
Mornings begin with a nourishing cottage breakfast before a grounding walk through the farm to steady the mind and reconnect with nature. A light lunch at the Orchard Bar prepares you for an afternoon at the Bamford Wellness Spa, including a soothing sound bath and a 90-minute B Silent Ritual, a treatment that releases tension and prepares the body for restful sleep.
Evenings are intentionally slow, with a simple supper followed by gentle suggested sleep cues such as a bath, herbal tea and journaling to ease you into a peaceful night’s rest.
When we step away from the noise of everyday life, the body can repair at a cellular level, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can find its natural rhythm again.
