Inspired by the farmland around the school, the courses focus on real food and simple cooking techniques, using the finest seasonal ingredients straight from the soil. Whether you learn how to pick and prepare a Seasonal Salad or perfect The Art of Afternoon Tea, the team promise to change the way you cook forever. The Wild Rabbit guests receive a special offer on all Cookery School courses.
Springtime is all about new life and new beginnings, it is a time that we particularly appreciate at Daylesford as the farm slowly awakens after the long winter.
Lambing is a joyful time. Come along and meet our farm team on a tractor trailer ride, visit the barns where our ewes give birth and meet the newest additions to our flock. The tours are always extremely popular, so we recommend arriving an hour before the tour to secure your ticket.
